Job Description

The Analyst, Comscore Brand Health develops and delivers custom research projects and solutions, providing insights and recommendations to clients. This role involves end-to-end project management, report generation, and client training. The analyst will troubleshoot data issues, facilitate client meetings, and present findings. Key responsibilities include demonstrating Comscore products, performing QA, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires strong analytical, writing, and client service skills, along with Excel proficiency and the ability to build client relationships.
Must have:
  • Perform end-to-end client project management

About this Role:

The Analyst, Comscore Brand Health delivers and develops custom research projects and solutions to client problems that may not be adequately addressed through syndicated products alone. Delivers reports and presentations that contain findings, insights and recommendations. Works closely with sales team to support renewals, cross-sells and up-sells as well as closing new business. Works closely with Product Management, Custom Analytics, Survey research, Statistical Analysis and Product Support to deliver work product and build offerings that anticipate and meet market demand. More senior roles are responsible for building and managing teams of Analysts and Managers that can effectively deliver Comscore products and services, develop processes and offerings that support the entire business as well as Comscore’s long term growth, and position as preeminent leader in its market space.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs end-to-end client project management or recurring client assignments
  • Independently initiates new projects, manages small projects and designs and generates new reports; trains clients on how to use their online reports and proactively reaches out to client with insights
  • Identifies invalid data and hypothesizes as root causes to troubleshoot
  • Facilitates client meetings, leads conversations and ensures that action items are performed
  • Presents and discusses findings, insights, and recommendations constructed around storylines
  • Demonstrates Comscore’s products to clients and speaks confidently on data assets and methods
  • Performs QA checks on work and participates in peer review processes by checking other’s work
  • Trains new team members and provides coaching and mentorship
  • Serves as key ‘go-to’ person for clients on all projects delivered
  • Escalates issues when appropriate; navigates through internal teams easily

What You'll Need:

  • 2- 5 years’ experience working in a field requiring analytical skill, strong writing skills, and client service
  • 1-3 years of Comscore experience with data, methods, systems, and people
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills; ability to find root cause and autonomously solve invalid data problems
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Polished communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to others
  • Willingness and ability to train, coach and mentor peers and junior staff
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $67,000 Per Annum; commensurate with experience.
