Job Description

As an Application Development Growth Manager at Google, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored app marketing strategies using Google's advertising tools. You will identify and pursue business opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness. You'll consult with executives to achieve their marketing objectives, contributing to the development of Google's app install advertisement products and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires fluency in English and French to manage clients in the region. Responsibilities include anticipating client decision-making processes, uncovering business needs, and presenting comprehensive advertising solutions.
Must have:
  • 5+ years mobile app & digital advertising experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Consultative sales & business development skills
  • Client relationship management expertise
  • Campaign effectiveness evaluation
Good to have:
  • 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry
  • Knowledge of app marketing ecosystem

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with mobile apps and digital advertising, in a consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to manage client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a changing organization.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with knowledge of the app developer ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the app marketing and ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of their business objectives, goals, and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Consult with executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's app advertising tools.
  • Create tailored app marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
  • Contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install advertisement products, and work and collaborate with a set of mobile-focused cross-functional teams.
