Project description

For one of the largest banks we are looking for Senior Team member to help the bank to implement new technologies and speed up the delivery on various projects.

Responsibilities

Provide the intended technical line of Murex MX / Kondor Plus support.

Manage configuration changes and deployments across non-production and production environments.

Address and resolve client issues related to architecture, operating systems, network, JVM, and other infrastructure components.

Work closely with internal teams and external vendors (Murex/Finastra) to implement changes and resolve issues.

Replicate and document client-reported issues, offer configuration recommendations to customers, and provide the Engineering team with detailed information, including test cases, to facilitate permanent solutions.

Optimize performance, including profiling Java applications and databases, as needed.

Support and mentor team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Skills

Must have

7+ years of hands-on experience in application support specializing in Murex MX / Kondor Plus Platform

Expertise in Murex and Kondor Plus platform configuration, management, and upgrades.

Murex MX / Kondor Plus Production Support and Monitoring: Experience with Murex / Kondor Plus production support and monitoring.

Oracle Database: Proficiency in SQL (query, execution plan analysis), Oracle database management and troubleshooting.

ServiceNow: Familiarity with incident, change, and request management.

Scheduler, API: Familiarity with Control M and API

Linux/UNIX: Strong knowledge of Linux / UNIX environments.

Strong abilities to analyze source code to identify the root causes of client-reported problems and report findings

Ensure Adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction

Understanding of capital market products and front to back workflow

Nice to have

Good understanding of ITIL processes and its procedures
