Role Overview:
As the AVP of Digital Marketing, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of our crypto-specific marketing efforts. Beyond traditional responsibilities, this role demands an in-depth understanding of SEO/SEM, crypto markets, and crypto gaming demographics. A proactive, hands-on approach to drive initiatives forward will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Strategize and execute comprehensive plans for the crypto sector, focusing on brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
SEO/SEM Management: Oversee and optimize strategies for high visibility and ranking within crypto spaces, driving targeted traffic and conversions.
Crypto Market Analysis: Stay updated on crypto market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and understand evolving consumer behaviors to strategize marketing initiatives.
Engagement within Crypto Gaming Demographics: Cultivate connections within diverse crypto gaming communities, utilizing insights to tailor marketing approaches for NFTs and gaming tokens.
NFT and Crypto Game Marketing: Devise and execute marketing plans specifically for NFTs and crypto-based gaming assets, collaborating with product and development teams.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships within the crypto and gaming sectors to expand brand reach and market presence.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution of strategies and initiatives.
Coordination with PR partners and agencies: Collaborate closely with external partners, fostering relationships and coordinating marketing efforts for mutual benefits.

Qualifications:
• Experience in broad, cross-functional, consumer marketing with a minimum of 5 years experience
•Strong understanding of Blockchain industry trends and behaviors is a must.
•Solid digital marketing experience and knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
•Excellent understanding of how Affiliate Marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing.
•Experience measuring key performance metrics, including TVL, website traffic, audience engagement
•Outstanding communication skills and ability to quickly synthesize information.
•Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and written skills
•Attention to detail, ability to deliver work under deadlines
•Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently.
