As an Associate Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of Black Throne Studio’s games from concept to launch. You’ll work alongside talented designers, artists, and engineers to deliver games that will become the latest and greatest in the gambling industry. 

This is an opportunity to take ownership of game development processes, drive collaboration across teams, and ensure seamless execution—all while delivering engaging experiences for our players.

What you’ll do as an Associate Game Producer

• Develop and oversee quarterly planning and work breakdown structures, ensuring alignment with the studio roadmap.

• Manage detailed project plans, sprint planning, and execution, identifying dependencies and optimizing workflows across development squads.

• Drive collaboration across teams, working with designers, artists, engineers and QA to bring game characters, mechanics, and scenarios to life.

• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely execution, milestone tracking, and adherence to quality standards.

• Provide input on game design and direction, making decisions on bug prioritization, and risk mitigation.

• Work closely with quality assurance teams, establishing effective testing processes and ensuring rapid issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, progress, and updates across Black Throne tools and communication channels.

• Keep stakeholders, leadership, and external partners informed, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and risks.
