Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Partner Marketing Manager to be a key contributor to our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our strategic partners to develop and execute impactful joint marketing strategies. You will play an essential role in driving co-branded marketing campaigns, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to both business growth and brand awareness. What you’ll do as the Associate Partner Marketing Manager:

  • Collaborate with key partners to coordinate joint marketing activities that drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product marketing, sales, creative, and analytics) to ensure seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives and alignment with overall company goals.
  • Assist in creating compelling marketing collateral, presentations, sales enablement tools, and other materials that support partner activities and enhance joint efforts.
  • Track and analyze the success of partner marketing campaigns by providing actionable insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and presenting recommendations for future optimization.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to align on campaign progress, share updates, and foster strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of partner marketing activities within set deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner developments to continuously identify new marketing opportunities and innovative strategies
  • Manage multiple partner lines and be accountable for sales growth and attainment of profit goals.
  • Identify and propose partner product and customer segment alignment for optimal market planning.
  • Meet and interact regularly with Partner reps, management, and executives to make formal presentations on product trends, performance, profitability, and results of product line promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Operations team to ensure implementation of marketing plans.
  • Initiate and assist in planning quarterly business reviews for assigned Partners.
  • Manage billing on a quarterly basis with assigned partners.
 What you will bring to the team: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, marketing management, sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development, and execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and share insights with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Travel may be required as needed
