Our office is located in Gurgaon, India. This role will be a hybrid in-office / remote position, with the expectation of at least two (2) days per week in the office.

About The Role

Reporting into the Executive Producer/Streaming TV, the Associate Producer works with the Executive Producer and in coordination with their US counterparts to produce current programming for FailArmy, The Pet Collective and At Home with Family Handyman streaming platforms. The ideal candidate has a solid skillset in storytelling, communicating and production for TV audiences as well as Digital audiences. Great opportunity to be part of an award-winning team.

Your Day-to-day

  • Support the Creative team in developing engaging Fast Channel long-form episodic content, encompassing both original productions and curated clip-based formats, to captivate and entertain our audience
  • Work closely with the Executive Producer to efficiently resolve any challenges encountered by the US Creative team, ensuring a smooth production process
  • Be responsive to creative feedback, ensuring alignment with the US Creative team’s vision
  • Collaborate with the Executive Producer to develop and present innovative ideas and concepts for new shows, build audiences and expand programming
  • Work closely with internal and external producers and editors in US and India to ensure the creative vision is fully realized and consistently delivered across all shows
  • Work with the Brand Managers, Producers, and Development Team to constantly create and revise formats based on data performance analysis
  • Collaborate with Graphics, Production, and Delivery teams to ensure a cohesive workflow and high-quality execution, aligning all aspects of production to meet project timelines and standards
  • Maintain detailed records, including overseeing the curation of clips and updating Airtable workflows, to ensure efficient project management and access to critical information across teams


You have:

  • 3+ Years as an Associate Producer
  • Mastery of the English language and a familiarity of English used in U.S. social media
  • Experience with editorial and content curation
  • Deep understanding of digital video trends, analytics and publishing standards
  • Strong writing skills in social media and short form formats a plus
  • Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
