The B2B Creative Concept Lead at EFG will strengthen internal creative capabilities, driving high-impact B2B narratives, presentations, and strategies. Collaborating closely with sales and publishing teams, this role requires crafting compelling storytelling and experiential concepts. Responsibilities include developing strategic creative concepts, leading copywriting and narrative development, managing projects from concept to execution, mentoring junior creatives, and ensuring alignment across teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B strategy, creative development, and stakeholder management experience. This is a hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular in-office presence.
Must have:

Please note: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hybrid attendance, with regular in-office presence at our Riyadh location as per business needs.

The Creative B2B Solutions team is an In-house service squad committed to fostering robust collaboration with key stakeholders across EFG, including Sales, Brand Partnership Management, Game Partnership, Marketing, and Leadership teams. Our mission is to adeptly distill consumer and business insights into compelling and coherent sales materials, ensuring a unified and persuasive representation of our brands and value proposition.

Led by go-getters, trendsetters, and storytellers the team will be primarily responsible for ensuring the sales and brand partnership management team has the ability to confidently convey our ability to be the trusted source that can bring their brands to life in the gaming community in an authentic and relevant way – across EFG’s master brand platforms and channels. 

As a Creative Concept Lead, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our internal creative capabilities and positioning our business for success. This role is ideal for a strategic, concept-driven creative looking to step up into a leadership position, driving the development of high-impact B2B narratives, presentations, and creative strategies. You will report to the Senior Creative Director and will have some team management 

Working closely with sales and publishing teams, you will craft compelling storytelling frameworks, experiential concepts, and strategic messaging that enhance our business offerings. You will take ownership of creative direction and execution, ensuring that our internal creative function continues to evolve as a powerful force within the company.  

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and own strategic creative concepts and narratives that support sales, partnerships, and publishing efforts.
  • Craft high-impact presentations, creative decks, and brand narratives to position the business effectively.
  • Elevate the internal creative function, ensuring our team is a strategic driver of business success.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance how we communicate our value proposition to partners and stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Work closely with sales and publishing teams to ensure creative solutions meet business needs.
  • Mentor and support junior creatives, fostering an environment of innovation and growth.
  • Take ownership of building agile and scalable capacities to cover any sort of creative request
  • Drive internal knowledge-sharing, helping to build the creative department’s capabilities and influence.

Copywriting & Narrative Development

  • Lead the development of persuasive, insight-driven messaging for B2B audiences.
  • Translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling storytelling frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and creative execution across all internal and external communications.

Project Ownership & Execution

  • Take ownership of multiple strategic projects, from concept to execution. Would there be a range we can add here as an example of how many projects at a time? 
  • Ensure all creative work supports business positioning, internal growth, and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our creative approaches remain innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Strong background in strategic copywriting, storytelling, and concept development.
  • Experience working with sales, partnerships, and publishing teams to develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling presentations and narratives.
  • Strong leadership potential—ideal for a creative looking to step up into a bigger role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior teams.
  • Passion for strengthening internal creative functions and driving business success through creative strategy.

Bonus experience: 

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or experience with digital platforms. 
  • Deep understanding of esports ecosystems.
