🔽 뷰티CM (Engagement & Growth) 는 이런 일을 합니다

Beauty Growth CM은 큐텐재팬과 함께 성장할 수 있는 뷰티 브랜드사를 발굴 및 영입하여 뷰티 카테고리의 확장을 리드합니다.

또한, 뷰티 브랜드의 수출, 통관 등 포워딩 업무 및 일본 오프라인 채널 협의를 주도적으로 전개하여, 보다 차별화된 고객 경험을 제공하는 역할을 합니다.

이런 분과 함께하고 싶습니다

• 최소 3년 이상 뷰티 카테고리 MD 및 바이어로 근무한 경험이 있는 분

• 기존 브랜드사와의 파트너십 강화 뿐만 아니라 신규 브랜드사 발굴 등 체계적으로 파트너 관리를 수행해보신 분

• 트렌디한 뷰티 상품 개발을 바탕으로 담당 카테고리의 매출신장 및 관련 선행관리 경험이 풍부하신 분

• 뷰티 카테고리의 일본 오프라인 전개를 통한 비즈니스 성장을 경험해보신 분

• 정기적으로(주/월/분기별) 카테고리를 리뷰 및 점검하여 필요한 전략을 기획/실행하실 수 있는 분

✅ 채용절차 및 유의사항

• 지원 마감일: 2025년 6월 18일(수) 까지
• 채용은 서류전형 > 1차 인터뷰(역량면접) > 2차 인터뷰(리더면접) > 3차 인터뷰 (최종면접) 으로 진행됩니다.
• 본 채용은 수시모집으로 진행되며, 적합한 지원자분이 생길 경우 조기에 종료될 수 있습니다.
• 국문 이력서 제출은 필수이며, 포트폴리오 혹은 경력기술서 첨부는 선택사항입니다.
