The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing communication plans (educational materials, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with internal teams (Payroll, HR, People Services) and external consultants, acting as the primary point of contact for benefit-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with new program implementation, building reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have international benefits experience in a multinational company or consulting firm, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of EMEA labor laws, and excellent communication skills.
