Build Manager [LOST ARK Mobile]

Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a Build Manager for their LOST ARK Mobile project. Responsibilities include managing and improving build processes, CI/CD systems, regular and irregular builds and updates, build history and notes, branches, version control systems, and build audits. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in build management, a strong understanding of CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Teamcity), experience with mobile market deployment, test server management, and familiarity with development and collaboration tools (Hansoft, Jira, Perforce). Additional skills in automation (Python, batch, shell, PowerShell) and admin experience with Jenkins or Perforce are highly valued.
Must have:
- 2+ years build management experience
- CI/CD system expertise (Jenkins, Teamcity)
- Mobile market deployment experience
- Test server management
- Development tool proficiency (Jira, Perforce)
Good to have:
- Game development/QA/PM experience
- Large project experience
- Automation scripting (Python, shell)
- Jenkins/Perforce admin experience

- 게임 개발과 서비스 지식 또는 경험
- 모바일 마켓 배포 및 관리 경험
- 테스트 서버 관리 경험
- 개발 및 협업 지원 도구에 대한 이해와 사용 경험 (hansoft, jira, perforce 등)
- 책임감이 강하고 꼼꼼하신 분
우대사항
- 게임 개발, QA, PM 경험 보유하신 분
- 대형 프로젝트의 참여 경험 있으신 분
- Python, batch, shell, pawershell 등 자동화 관련 언어 사용 역량 보유하신 분
- 개발과 관련한 각종 툴의 Admin 경험 보유하신 분(Jenkins, perforce 등)
