Job Summary
Job Description
This SRE Strategist role at Smilegate focuses on enhancing the system stability of the Stove platform and published games. Responsibilities include developing and improving SRE-based strategies, implementing automation and platformization for service stabilization, defining and managing SLI, SLO, and Error Budgets. The role also involves collaboration with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to build an SRE system, conduct technical research for optimal operation, design automated monitoring, and proactively identify potential risks. Additionally, the position requires establishing service governance, building automated management systems, and managing enterprise IT solutions and software. Strong understanding of SRE, DevOps, distributed systems, and large-scale infrastructure management is essential.

1. Stove 플랫폼 및 퍼블리싱 게임에 대한 시스템 안정성 향상을 위한 SRE 기반 전략 수립 및 개선 업무
- 지표 기반 서비스 안정화를 위한 기술 자동화, 플랫폼화, 프로세스 및 문화 도입
- 시스템 안정성, 확장성, 성능을 강화하기 위한 전략 개발
- 서비스 별 SLI, SLO, ErrorBudget 정의 및 관리
2. 협업 및 조율
- 개발, 인프라, QA 등 관련 팀과 협업을 통해 SRE 체계 구축
- 신규 기술 도입 및 운영 최적화를 위한 기술 리서치
- 효율적이고 자동화된 모니터링 및 알림 체계 설계
3. 문제 예방 및 사전 대응
- 서비스 안정성을 저해할 수 있는 잠재적 위험 요인 사전 식별
4. 서비스 거버넌스 체계 수립 및 자동화 관리 시스템 구축
- 서비스 분류 및 관리 체계 수립 내부 관리 시스템 기획
5. 전사 IT 솔루션 및 SW 관리
- 모니터링, 장애관리 등 솔루션 분석, 도입 및 운영
자격요건
- SRE 및 DevOps에 대한 기술, 프로세스, 문화에 대한 이해도
- 분산 시스템 및 대규모 인프라 관리가 필요한 프로젝트 경험
- 모니터링 및 로깅 시스템 사용 경험
- 장애 대응 및 관리 경험
- 프로세스 체계화 및 개선을 통한 품질향상 경험
- B2C/B2B 서비스 및 전사 솔루션/SW에 대한 거버넌스 체계 수립 및 운영 경험
- 고객 관점에서 문제 해결을 위한 적극적이고 긍정적인 마인드 보유
