1. As the art lead for a new project, be responsible for overall process design and standard setting, controlling work progress and output quality;
2. Participate in game production, define the art style for new projects, and be responsible for the final visual implementation;
3. As a manager, be responsible for team talent management and capability building;
4. Collaborate with key roles such as producers, lead planners, and lead programmers, actively contribute professional insights, and promote effective cooperation between the art department and other departments.
1. Excellent aesthetic sense and strong artistic foundation; keen judgment on various art styles, and ability to propose implementation plans for different art styles;
2. 8+ years of experience in game art development, 3+ years of experience in art team management, and experience leading product design and R&D from 0 to 1;
3. Have a certain understanding of pre-production design, model creation, lighting rendering, material expression, UI design, animation production, special effects, and game performance optimization; proficiency in realistic art style and sci-fi themes is a plus;
4. Passionate about products that emphasize game quality and innovative experiences.
