Responsibilities include managing offers and campaigns based on consumer needs and adoption patterns, collaborating with risk teams for offer predictability, working with data science/analytics teams to implement recommendation models, and promoting digital assets to increase customer interest in products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fintech, cards, value propositions, and first-principle thinking regarding customer needs, with a data-driven approach and a bias for action in an agile environment. Prior experience in growth roles for consumer-first companies, particularly in financial products, is preferred.
