Xsolla seeks an experienced Celonis Engineer to lead and execute data-driven projects utilizing Celonis from inception to value realization. You will build and optimize processes, transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize internal operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deploy end-to-end solutions that improve process efficiencies, enhance revenue flows, and support Xsolla’s mission of maximizing business value through intelligent process mining and automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and execute the end-to-end Celonis lifecycle, focusing on setup and ongoing process optimization to align with Xsolla's business objectives.
    • Design, configure, and maintain Celonis data pipelines to extract and manage large datasets from BigQuery and integrated systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to map current-state processes and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
    • Develop data integration solutions to bridge BigQuery and Celonis, enabling real-time insights and seamless data flow.
    • Create Process Cockpit MultiLink dashboards and customized process intelligence modules to visualize key metrics.
    • Utilize process mining techniques to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, translating findings into actionable improvement strategies.
    • Work with Business Development, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams to drive process change and build reporting frameworks to communicate progress and ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in Celonis or process mining roles, with a track record of successful project implementations.
    • Celonis Certification and proficiency in SQL, data integration, and process mining.
    • Strong analytical skills in process mining, root cause analysis, and data analytics.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present insights to C-level executives.
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills to align technical projects with business priorities and strategic goals.
    • Familiarity with BigQuery, Celonis dashboarding, and creating automation flows for process optimization.
