The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving paid Change Management engagements for Saama’s customers. The role will be challenged and responsible to:
Requirement
Facilitate business process mapping workshops to understand the current state of a customer’s business processes.
Get 'hands-on' with Saama's platform to consult the customer on the creation of future state business processes, integrating the products subscribed to.
Define, measure, track and report the tangible impact that Saama's platform has on a customer’s business.
Own training of all users within a customer by catering to each team’s needs. This includes having the ability to understand each user group’s reason behind leveraging Saama's platform and delivering user onboarding through persona based training.
Required Background:
At least 5 years’ experience with Life Sciences - Clinical Development business processes and the challenges that sponsors face
At least 7 years Business Consulting/Management consulting background
Solid communication/facilitation skills a must
Ability to interact with C-level executives
Proficient in using Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
College degree in a related field
Preferred Background
MBA
Change Management certification
