Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer at 52 Entertainment, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native infrastructures. You will collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and AI experts to build and optimize technical workflows, including Generative AI pipelines, across a wide portfolio of games and internal tools. Your role is crucial for building robust cloud environments, designing automation workflows, bridging Dev and Ops, contributing to AI transformation, and translating business goals into optimized technical architectures.
Must have:
- Building robust cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) to support fast-paced game development and publishing.
- Designing automation workflows, particularly those integrating AI capabilities (e.g. model orchestration, LLM APIs, fine-tuning pipelines).
- Bridging Dev and Ops by creating resilient CI/CD pipelines, deploying infrastructure as code, and establishing scalable environments.
- Contributing to the company’s AI transformation, helping evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art tools while ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborating with product and tech leads to translate business goals into smart technical architectures.
Good to have:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional certification
- Google Professional Cloud Architect certification
- Background or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development
- Prior experience in game tech, mobile games, or performance-optimized applications

Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer within the AI & Cloud team at 52 Entertainment, your primary mission will be to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-native infrastructures. You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and AI experts to build and optimize technical workflows—including Generative AI pipelines—across a wide portfolio of games and internal tools.
Your role will be critical in:
- Building robust cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP) to support fast-paced game development and publishing.
- Designing automation workflows, particularly those integrating AI capabilities (e.g. model orchestration, LLM APIs, fine-tuning pipelines).
- Bridging Dev and Ops by creating resilient CI/CD pipelines, deploying infrastructure as code, and establishing scalable environments.
- Contributing to the company’s AI transformation, helping evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art tools while ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborating with product and tech leads to translate business goals into smart technical architectures.
Required Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essentials:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven experience in cloud infrastructure—either AWS, GCP, or both.
- Strong DevOps mindset with hands-on experience in IaC, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of building AI workflows using APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Hugging Face) or cloud AI services (e.g. AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and security best practices in cloud deployments.
- Ability to architect and scale complex systems with high availability and low latency in mind.
- Familiarity with event-driven and serverless architectures.

- Certifications such as:
