At TelevisaUnivision, we are looking for a Corporate Credit Card Jr. Analyst to join our Record to Report team! 

The Record to Report (R2R) team at TelevisaUnivision drives the company’s financial accuracy and insight by managing accounting processes, closing the books, and delivering reports that support strategic decisions. It’s a high-impact area where precision, innovation, and business understanding come together to power one of the world’s leading media companies. 

About You: 

  • If you enjoy working in the communication and entertainment industry and have experience in Commercial Director activities, you could make a significant contribution to our team. 

Your Day-to-Day: 

  • Recording accounting entries: Registering financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy and in compliance with accounting standards, ensuring all business activities are properly documented. 
  • Analysis of accounts and balances: Reviewing and interpreting account movements to identify discrepancies, trends, or unusual items, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. 
  • Daily reporting with the USA office: Collaborating with the U.S.-based finance team to align on daily financial updates, resolve issues, and maintain consistency across international operations. 
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports: Compiling and analyzing financial data to produce internal and external reports that support decision-making and meet regulatory requirements. 
  • Bank reconciliations: Comparing internal records with bank statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and to detect any errors or unauthorized activity. 

If You Have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 
  • Advanced business conversational English (accounting terms). 
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in record to report. 
  • ERP management experience. 
  • Advanced Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP). 
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
