- Proven experience as a Creative Art Director or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and art direction
- Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and present ideas
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Experience in the business industry is a plus
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and social media
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and artists to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design strategies that align with business goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and gather feedback for revisions
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all design deliverables
