Position at LeoVegas Group

ABOUT THE ROLE:

LeoVegas Group has a host of top online casinos, known for innovation and excellence in the digital gaming industry. As a CRM Executive, you'll develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value. You'll use a data-driven approach to drive engagement, retention, and profitability. Collaboration is key as you work with various teams to identify common goals, efficiencies, and innovative ideas. You'll own the planning, creation, sending, and reporting of campaigns in our biggest market.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value, delivering on business objectives.

        Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and customer journeys to improve user experience, retention, and profitability.

        Data Analytics: Use advanced analytics and segmentation to gain insights into player behaviors, enabling personalized and relevant communications.

        End-to-End Delivery: Own assigned campaigns, ensuring successful delivery, regulatory compliance, and a seamless customer experience.

        Collaboration: Work closely with your squad and cross-functional teams to identify common goals, efficiency opportunities, and innovative ideas.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

        Experience: 1-2 + years of CRM experience, ideally with knowledge of the Swedish market.

        Language Skills: Native Swedish is important; additional languages are a plus.

        Attributes: Positive, creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.

        Team Player: Enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues; capable of working independently.

        Skills: Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail
