Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role will focus on a top 4 U.S. league across international markets. You will be experienced in end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, and personalization, and confident in copywriting and briefing assets to drive maximum user engagement. With a background in lifecycle automations, you’ll coordinate assets, manage multiple key events on the sports schedule, and lead on test-and-learn initiatives.
DAZN is a fast-paced, commercial environment, so efficient time and project management skills are essential. As part of a collaborative international matrix, you will work closely with product, tech, content, UX, data, and analytics teams to deliver engaging CRM campaigns. Managing these stakeholder relationships will also be key to your success.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.
