Must have:
  • 2+ years CRM campaign management experience

  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

As a CRM Lifecycle Executive, you will be reporting into the Lifecycle Manager, specializing in Campaign Automation and Performance. You will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and optimizing campaign effectiveness through the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless automation, and monitoring performance metrics. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, increase brand loyalty, and maximize revenue generation through efficient CRM campaign management.

What You'll Do

Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
  • Create, outlining objectives, target audience, messaging, channels, and automation workflows.
  • Configure and maintain CRM automation tools to facilitate targeted campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and personalization.

CRM Campaign Automation:

  • Develop, test, and maintain automated campaign workflows, ensuring seamless execution and accurate targeting based on customer segmentation and behavioural triggers.
  • Implement data-driven personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize automated campaigns, making data-informed adjustments to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, including conversion rates, retention, and revenue.
  • Regularly analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Owning A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate campaign variations and optimize results.
  • Periodical health check of datapoints needed for targeting & reporting.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with various departments to align on CRM campaigns with broader business initiatives.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, timelines, and results effectively to stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and transparent environment.
  • Help & support the CRM team with QA, Reporting & scenario set ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (2 years) in CRM campaign management, marketing automation, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, Marketo) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and targeting strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free campaigns.
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations and best practices related to customer data management.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
