The Role

As our next Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator, you’ll be accountable for managing and optimizing our platform, identifying improvements, resolve technical issues, and enhance the overall user experience. You’ll relish the opportunity to collaborate with in-house development teams, working closely to fulfill support requests and manage service cloud configuration and development changes. Your ability to see the bigger picture and understand how your technical services knowledge impacts a large player base for our games will be crucial.
