Ninja Van is a technology-driven logistics company focused on providing seamless delivery services across Southeast Asia. Since its inception in 2014, it has grown to become the largest and fastest-growing last-mile logistics provider in the region, serving over 35,000 merchants and processing more than 1,000 parcels per minute across six countries. The company leverages algorithm-based optimization, dynamic routing, and end-to-end tracking to deliver superior logistics solutions. This role involves expanding the market by promoting logistics products and services, developing cross-border e-commerce clients between China and Southeast Asia, managing existing customer relationships to ensure stable and increased cargo volume, and gathering market intelligence to inform product development and service improvements. The sales manager will also provide targeted logistics solutions to clients based on their business needs, collaborate with internal and external teams to manage the logistics process, and meet personal and team sales targets.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of logistics sales experience
  • Market insight and customer acquisition skills
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible and team-oriented
  • Proactive and sales-driven
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
  • Proficient in office software
  • Basic English communication skills
Good to have:
  • Southeast Asia cross-border e-commerce logistics background or network
  • Ability to achieve monthly performance targets

岗位职责:
1. 拓展市场,精准传递公司物流产品方案与服务信息;
2. 开发中国-东南亚跨境电商B2C物流客户,包括但不限于货运代理/集货卖家/跨境电商卖家客户/出海品牌等;
3.  维护与管理现有客户关系,管理并及时更新客户信息,促进货量的稳定及提升;
4.  收集市场信息和客户需求,有效反馈至产品团队,促进新产品开发及现有服务的改进与提升;
5.  针对客户业务阶段,及时主动提供针对性的物流解决方案,推动销售进程,拓展销售业绩;
6.  内外部团队紧密合作,协助管理客户物流全流程并及时反馈与介入,合理管理客户需求与期望,促进问题解决,推动物流业务的深入合作;
7.  完成个人业务指标与团队销售指标;

    • 任职要求:
    • 物流管理,电子商务,市场营销或相关专业,大专以上学历;
    • 具备三年或以上物流销售工作经验,善于洞察市场与客户开拓,具备东南亚跨境电商物流行业背景或资源网络者优先;
    • 热爱营销工作,具备良好人际沟通能力、责任心和团队意识;
    • 积极主动,销售业绩导向,能独立和迅速学习产品知识并达成月度业绩;
    • 熟悉办公软件操作,具备一定的英文沟通与理解能力;
