As a Customer Experience Advisor for UK Sports at LeoVegas, you'll provide exceptional service to sports fans via email and live chat. As a Customer Experience Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the action, connecting with fellow sports fans to deliver exceptional service via email and live chat. Whether it’s helping with inquiries, resolving issues, or enhancing their experience, you’ll play a key role in making every customer feel like a winner. Working closely with our specialist teams in Payments, Fraud, Safer Gambling, and CRM, you’ll also gain invaluable insights into the sports and iGaming industry.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:              
  • Engaging with customers professionally and efficiently through live chat, email, and phone, ensuring clear and concise communication at all times.
  • Proactively addressing customer inquiries and challenges, providing effective resolutions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and patience, focusing on transforming challenging situations into positive outcomes and reinforcing customer satisfaction.

  • Previous experience in the gambling industry is advantageous but not essential, as our primary focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
