What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer to be responsible for supporting our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all software requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include working with a team of engineers, creating software product schedules, ensuring quality of software, and delivering said products on time.

Location: Onsite at our Cedar Rapid office

  • Design and implement new methods of automated tool test integration for current and upcoming Location products
  • Contribute ideas and follow through with designs for upcoming Location-based features
  • Responsibilities include working with a team of engineers, creating software product schedules, ensuring quality of software, and delivering said products on time
  • Support your team, empowering their achievements, facilitating self-management, developing growth opportunities, and proactively planning for the future.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field is required
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
  • You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.
  • Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base Pay Range

$40 - $70 USD
