Purpose:

CSM (Customer Solution Manager) aims to deliver growth in Logistics & Services (L&S) in strategic pursuits in GCA through best-class consultative selling and customer solutions.

Key & Special responsibilities:

-    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consultative selling and value creation
-    Deliver vertical insights for sales by sharing bench-marking, new innovative solutions in the market
-    Enhance sales capabilities and develop scalable solution

Who we are looking for:

-    Highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functional and remote project teams both locally and internationally
-    Analytical and customer-centric mindset with proven capability of translating complex requirements into tangible solutions
-    Competent in creating and building written business proposals translating customer requirements into structured value propositions
-    Extensive knowledge of complex end-to-end logistics & services concepts in related vertical
