Job Description
The Tesla Delivery team in Taichung seeks a Delivery Operation Advisor to support the Delivery Advisor in providing exceptional customer ownership experiences. Responsibilities include assisting with customer requests, managing delivery documents (IDs, coordination with Customs, Government, Registration partners), updating the CRM system, supporting the Delivery Manager, contributing process improvement ideas, handling EV tax refund processes, and staying current with industry trends. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in cross-functional collaboration. Excel and Word skills (VLOOKUP, mail merge) are beneficial. The role requires flexible scheduling and a passion for the transportation industry.

What to Expect
The Tesla Delivery team is committed to providing the best Ownership Experience possible to our customers. This position is a great opportunity to join a world class expanding technology company and assist our Delivery Advisor with document support and coordinate license plates with registration vendor to serve customers and help them to take ownership of their new vehicles. And after delivery the role also need to arrange customer after service as tax refund or other request from customer.
What You’ll Do• Helping Delivery Advisor with customer request.
• Sorting delivery document from customer such as IDs and coordinate with Customs, Government department , Registration partners…etc to follow our schedule.
• Regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.
• Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service.
• Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back end processes and procedures.
• Helping to apply EVs tax refund process to offer customer service.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices
