At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
● Technological mindset to learn different technologies, such as TalentLink, Team Builder, FlexForecast, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBi, UiPath, Workday, Service Now;
● Oral and written proficiency in English required, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
● Collaborate with internal clients and other stakeholder groups to identify process improvement opportunities;
● Adaptability to change as the business needs continue to evolve;
● Collaborate with all lines of service and scheduling tool users to identify improvements to the technology and processes, scope requirements and impacts related to proposed changes;
● Analyze current and future technology/process needs and recommend enhancements and solutions;
● Create and maintain documentation for deployment and scheduling processes;
● Facilitate execution of deployment enablement team deliverables;
● Provide oversight of and coaching/development to a team who are providing tactical support performing the following activities including schedule updates, utilization forecasting, timesheet analysis, follow on actions for full revenue recovery, sending staff confirmation communications as well as a variety of reporting and analysis mainly related to load balancing of resources;
● Serve as an escalation point for the team, working with management to raise issues and bring solutions;
● Staffing and deployment, HR processes and related areas, including utilization, scheduling, workforce planning, forecasting, etc.;
● Understanding the broader view of the business to fully understand all processes and procedures;
● Create and deliver deployment training to new team members;
