About the Opportunity
The successful candidate will have prior e-communications monitoring experience in the financial services industry. You will work closely with the e-Communications Monitoring Manager and other Market Surveillance team members to develop an e-communications surveillance program, create lexicons, establish rules/parameters, monitor alerts and implement policies and procedures for the function. At your core, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong project management skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you'll assist in the creation and expansion of our e-communications surveillance function from the ground up.
What You'll be Doing:

Develop and enhance global e-communications surveillance programs, controls and operational processes to prevent and detect regulatory risk and violations of company policy.

Aid the E-communications Surveillance team in conducting day-to-day surveillance on the company's various communication channels.

Develop and maintain regular MI reporting on E-communication risks, updates, and status.

Review alerts and investigate cases to an appropriate resolution.
What We Look For in You:

BA/BS in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

At least 3-5 years of experience in e-communications surveillance, or closely related field.

Proficiency with financial markets, e-communications monitoring requirements, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, and integrity.

Ability to work independently and as in a team dependent on tasks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems for achieving those goals.

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment, managing projects, solving problems and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Haves:

Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements for crypto, electronic communications and integrity.

Experience with building out, maintaining, and refining Lexicons.

Experience with AI/ML models relating to e-communications surveillance.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $152,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
