ROLE PURPOSE
Global toy and FMCG leader ZURU Group is starting an eCommerce Acceleration plan, to ensure we’re getting our fair share of eCommerce sales to complement our strong on shelf presence in physical retailers. To do this, we’re starting a new global eCommerce marketing function.
Our business is divided into ZURU Toys and ZURU Edge (FMCG). This role will cover both of those categories, meaning you will get to work on some of the most exciting and innovative brands in the world including XSHOT, MONDAY and Rascals.
This role supports our eCommerce Performance Manager with a focus on delivering PPC across a number of key retailers. These include Amazon, Walmart and Target whilst extending into other online retailers in regions such as the EU.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must display a passion and dedication for delivering ROI and growth for all of our brands. eCommerce growth is becoming a priority across the business, so rationalising our media spend with retailers and continuously optimising to deliver results is essential. A track record of delivering growth is therefore essential.
The role will cover a number of markets, notably across SEA and Europe. The successful candidate will therefore need to have experience in managing multiple workstreams and managing time effectively to deliver results.
The line manager for this role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand. Building a positive relationship and rapport with them across time zones will be very important.
CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create, execute and optimise eCommerce paid media campaigns
· Ensure flawlessly pacing and delivery of campaigns
· Produce effective and insightful reporting
· Drive campaign execution to meet key performance metrics across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other retailers.
· Lead campaign delivery for European and SEA markets
· Stakeholder management of European and SEA markets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· 2-3+ years of performance and eCommerce experience, ideally with Amazon
· Management of campaigns in multiple markets
· Proven track record of delivering consistently positive ROI
· Ability to handle multiple products and time zones
· Willingness and a curiosity to learn
· Ability to move at pace
· Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better
· Comfortable sharing opinions in a productive manner
· Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively
