Would you like to work closely with Board members, CEOs and top executives in solving important problems within the broad range of People, Performance and Reward topics? Are you an experienced management consultant or an expert within People, Performance and Reward?

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a new passionate team member located in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.

Our Danish PwC Workforce team is a small group of compassionate and highly motivated consultants working with performance and rewards. One of the many privileges of the job is that you will be working with other professionals in PwC who are experts within tax, law, AI, ESG and more. We deliver meaningful and engaging solutions to our clients, helping them to address opportunities within their People Value Proposition and solutions that help them inspire, engage and motivate their employees while providing a great people experience.

 You’ll join a highly ambitious team that focuses on our shared contribution to our clients. We work with a diverse client base from smaller scale-up companies to large established multinationals. Focus on making a difference for our clients

You will drive our client engagements together with the leading Partner, working closely with your team members to deliver meaningful solutions on people, performance and reward topics. You will leverage your experience, deep expertise and that of our team members to build trust and solve important problems.

Beyond your core consulting skills, it is key that you are interested in unfolding and further building upon your skillset within:

  • People Value Proposition

  • Reward solutions

  • Performance Management

  • Data driven solutions, People Analytics and Workforce Planning

  • The people aspects of M&A such as due diligence, pre-integration planning and project management

  • Career Frameworks and organization design

 

Contribute with your experience within performance and reward 

We know you can't do everything in advance. Therefore, the most important thing for us is;

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience within management consulting, or within Performance and Reward

  • A strong ownership mentality, the will to make a difference, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes

  • Proven fast learner and a wish to further develop your experience to impact at top executive and Board level

  • Remarkable analytical skills in identifying and addressing client needs

  • Deep experience managing impactful projects

  • Impressive proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis tools

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and willing to be personally flexible so that we meet our clients’ expectations

  • A relevant education within economics, finance or business

  • Experience as a team leader

  • Particularly eloquent in English, and fluency in Danish
