Develop and implement strategies for Facebook advertising campaigns according to the KPIs;
Monitor and analyze the results of advertising campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency;
Conduct A/B tests of ads, audiences and budget strategies to determine the most effective approaches;
Interact with designers and CRM team to create effective advertising funnels;
Set up and scale advertising campaigns;
Resolve technical issues related to ad campaigns, such as pixel settings, S2S postbacks, conversion tracking, etc.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads in purchasing gambling traffic;
Ability to set clear and precise tasks for creative designers, with an understanding of what creatives are needed;
Experience with the marketing tools - Keitaro, Voluum, Meta Ads, WebView Apps, IOS Apps, PWA Apps, AdHearts, AppsFlyer, etc;
Ability to work with big advertising budgets;
At least Intermediate English level.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, spot issues timely, and facilitate their elimination;
Attention to detail, multitasking;
Passion for learning new interfaces, technologies, and advertising platforms;
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
