Job Description

The Field Marketing - Americas role at VIPRE Security Group involves developing and executing field marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate leads across North America. Responsibilities include planning and managing events, trade shows, and promotional activities; collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional goals; managing budgets and tracking ROI; liaising with content and digital teams for marketing material creation and campaign execution; managing partner strategies through the PRM system; and leveraging strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset and sales acumen, along with technical proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts in each region with sales goals.
  • Manage North American budgets and track ROI for all field marketing activities.
  • Be a liaison to  the content team to create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations that are needed for sales initiatives
  • Be the link to the digital team to work with them to make sure the correct emails and campaigns are created in Pardot and Salesforce
  • In charge of “to partner” and “through partner strategies”
  • Be able to manage VIPRE’s PRM system and other partner enablement portals

    • Excellent at managing multiple projects, events, and campaigns simultaneously. They should be detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.

    • Able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. They should be flexible and open to new ideas.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiar with marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software. They should be comfortable using technology to enhance their marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    • Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. They should be forward-thinking and strategic.
  • Sales Acumen:
    • Understanding of sales processes and how marketing efforts can support and drive sales. They should be able to collaborate effectively with the sales team.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
    • Focused on understanding and meeting the needs of customers. They should prioritize delivering value and building strong customer relationships.
