Job Description
Tesla seeks a Field Service Technician in Poznan, Poland to support its Energy and Charging Field Service team. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage and Supercharger networks in western Poland (and abroad as needed). Troubleshooting, root cause analysis (remotely and on-site), stakeholder management, and preventing recurring issues are key. The role requires experience in electrical engineering, low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus), and strong communication skills. The ability to work independently, proactively, and flexibly, including travel, is essential. Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory. The technician will also be responsible for organizational tasks such as planning and preparing technical activities.
Must have:
- Experience as an electrical technician
- Low & Medium Voltage systems experience
- Troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Polish & English
- EU passport or work permit

What to ExpectWhat You’ll Bring
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in western Poland and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
