Front End Tech Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front End Tech Lead to join our team in

Gurgaon. As a Front End Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a

team of front-end developers in the development and maintenance of web and mobile

applications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality code, seamless user

experience, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and
  
  

support throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define
  
  

project requirements and deliverables.

• Develop high-quality front-end code using ReactNative, ReactJS, and other relevant
  
  

technologies.

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient REST API integrations.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive designs.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure bug-free and high-performance applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide
  
  

recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and
  
  

innovative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front End Tech Lead or similar role, with a total experience of 6 to
  
  

8+ years.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ReactNative, ReactJS, and REST API
  
  

integration is a must.

• Good to have skills in Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in developing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best
  
  

practices.

• Proficient in version control systems (Git) and package managers (npm, yarn).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous
  
  

integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
  
  

communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
