Job Description

This Game Design Trainee position (103306) in Singapore involves analyzing player feedback to optimize game systems, collaborating with the team to align game design with market trends and player expectations, and meeting development milestones within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses game planning experience, a strong understanding of large-scale multiplayer online and mobile games, and excellent data analysis skills. Experience with AI or blockchain projects is a plus. Responsibilities include continuously collecting and analyzing player feedback, making system adjustments and optimizations based on data, and working closely with the team to ensure that game design aligns with market trends and player expectations. The role requires working efficiently within a tense project cycle and ensuring the timely achievement of development milestones. A deep understanding of game design and a passion for innovative fields is essential.

Must have:

Game planning experience
Understanding of MMO & mobile games
Data analysis & system thinking
Game system design experience
Teamwork & responsibility

Good to have:

AI or blockchain experience
Experience with successful online game projects

Responsibilities:

Continuously collect and analyze player feedback, make system adjustments and optimizations based on data;

Work closely with the team to ensure that game design aligns with market trends and player expectations;

Able to work efficiently within a tense project cycle, ensuring timely achievement of development milestones.

Requirements:

Have game planning experience, those with successful online game project experience are preferred;

Have a deep understanding of large-scale multiplayer online games and mobile games, familiar with market trends;

Passionate about innovative fields, those with experience in AI or blockchain projects are preferred;

Have excellent data analysis capabilities and system thinking, prefer experience in game system design;

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain innovation and efficiency under pressure;

Love games, have rich game experience and a deep understanding of game design.
