The Partner Operations Manager at BytePlus (ByteDance) will partner with leadership to define and execute partner sales priorities. Responsibilities include sales planning, system optimization, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and analyzing business trends. The role involves working with senior leadership to define strategies and partner programs, designing key objectives and metrics, optimizing partner business systems, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance channel performance. This position requires strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and experience in channel operations or sales operations.

We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to partner with leadership teams to define, land and execute our Partner sales priorities for BytePlus partner business. This role is responsible for defining Partner strategies, goals/targets for the business, and supporting the operations of the global and field Partner Sales through the day-to-day execution of the Partner Sales business. Key Responsibilities: - Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc - - Analyze business trends and competitor partner business strategy, make actionable business recommendations to senior management to support driving our growth plans. - Work with senior leadership in Partner Sales and Field Sales teams to define strategy for the business and partner programs. - Design the key objectives, measurements and metrics for partner sales which are aligned with partner business priorities and monitor the progress. Support to accelerate partner-led business with data analysis to sales leaders. - Design and optimize the partner business systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives. - Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize channel performance. - Provide guidance and support to channel partners for effective implementation of our products and solutions.
Qualifications
Who You Are Minimum Qualification - At least 3 years' experience working in Channel operations, Sales operations, Business operations areas directly engaging with sales force. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience with the design and implementation of partner policy and process, partner program etc. - Strong business acumen and data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a high-growth technology company, especially Cloud industry would be highly beneficial. - Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results. - Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
