Senior Game Designer

Selection Process
The selection will proceed through the following stages:
- Document screening
- Interviews (approx. 2-4 times, including final interview) and aptitude test
- Job offer
- Offer discussion
It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months from document screening to the offer discussion. If you are in a hurry, please consult us when scheduling. We will accommodate as much as possible.
- Interviews are generally conducted online.
- Reference checks may be conducted during the selection process. Details will be provided by the HR representative at that time. If you are concerned about the breakdown of references, we will share an overview document in advance, so please rest assured.
- During the selection process, we may provide an opportunity for a casual discussion with employees. The purpose is to align expectations regarding actual working style and culture in a relaxed state, to prevent mismatches after joining.
- Upon receiving a job offer, an offer discussion will be held to explain terms and conditions.
Selection Process
Our candidate selection process is comprised of the following steps.

Annual salary system (12 divisions)
- Annual salary is determined based on experience and ability, regardless of age, and is preferential according to company regulations.

Work Hours
Discretionary labor system (deemed working hours: 9.5 hours/day)
Working hours are basically from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and are left to individual discretion. (Employees are expected to take at least 60 minutes of break time during work)
Discretionary working system; employees may determine their own working hours at their discretion, with a work day beginning at 9:30 and ending at 18:00 as a base.
Employees are expected to take at least one hour of break time during their work day.
Allowances and Stipends
- Commuter allowance (20,000 yen/month, included in annual salary)
- Fixed overtime allowance (40 hours/month, included in annual salary)
- Premium wages (overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance)
- Relocation allowance
- A flat 300,000 yen is provided to new employees relocating from a distant area (over 150km from the workplace). For those from overseas, a flat 500,000 yen relocation allowance is provided.
- Child allowance (5,000 yen/month per dependent child under 18 years old)
A commuter allowance of 20,000 yen per month, included in regular pay.
Allowance for 40 hours of overtime, included in regular pay.
Extra payments are made for any overtime in excess of 40 hours, late-night work, and work on holidays.
Relocation stipends:
Employees moving from within Japan, but over 150 kilometers away from our Osaka or Tokyo office, are eligible for a relocation stipend of 300,000 yen.
Employees moving to Japan from outside the country are eligible for a relocation stipend of 500,000 yen.
Child allowance:
Employees with dependent children under 18 years of age are eligible for a stipend of 5,000 yen per child per month.
Holidays and Leave
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Annual paid leave (depends on joining month/max 10 days in first year/partially granted on joining date)
- Public holidays, summer vacation (5 days), year-end and New Year holidays, company anniversary, condolence leave
- Other special leave
- Annual holidays: 130 days (2023 actual)
The following days are holidays for employees:
- Saturdays and Sundays
- Japanese national holidays
- Company summer holidays
- Year-end Holidays (from 12/29 to 1/4)

Leave:
Employees receive paid leave days; the amount received is contingent on when the employee joins the company, with a maximum of 10 days in the first year.
Bereavement leave and other special leave is available when employees need it.
There were 130 days off of work in 2023.
