Game Product Manager (Texas Hold'em)

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Game Product Manager specializing in Texas Hold'em to join our dynamic team in Manhattan. This role requires a deep understanding of both blockchain technology and poker games, with a focus on integrating blockchain and digital wallet solutions into Texas Hold'em gameplay and operation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching successful Texas Hold'em game titles and a strong grasp of game product architecture and market strategies.

TokenWin, a blockchain gaming company, is planning to establish a poker development team in New York. The company is currently expanding into the U.S. market and plans to open a US office to drive growth and innovation in blockchain-based gaming. This position will be a key part of our strategy to impact the gaming industry.

• Lead the product management and development of Texas Hold'em games, ensuring smooth integration with blockchain technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and blockchain engineers, to define the game's roadmap and key milestones.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology to propose and implement solutions that enhance the gaming experience, such as decentralized features, NFTs, and smart contract functionality.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products, specifically within the online poker and blockchain space.
• Create and manage detailed product requirement documents, ensuring they align with business objectives, market needs, and operational constraints.
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained growth in user acquisition and engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhanced user experiences.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the product from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Drive product strategies that meet the goals of both the player community and business objectives.

• Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years in game product management, with at least 2 successful Texas Hold'em game titles launched and sustained in the market.
• Blockchain expertise: Strong understanding of blockchain/digital wallet technology and its application in gaming. Experience with decentralized platforms, NFTs, or other blockchain-based solutions is highly preferred.
• Technical acumen: Familiar with game development processes, product architecture, and how blockchain can be effectively integrated into gaming frameworks.
• Document creation: Strong experience in producing comprehensive requirement documents that balance user needs with business goals.
• Analytical skills: Ability to leverage market data and user behavior analytics to inform product decisions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
