As a Growth Manager, App Sales, Large Customer Sales, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Google's App install business in your assigned market. You will work closely with existing and new clients, providing them with tailored App marketing strategies and insights to help them achieve their business goals. You will be the face of Google to your clients, building strong relationships and consulting with them to understand their unique challenges and needs. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities within your client portfolio, prioritizing accounts, addressing concerns, and measuring campaign results effectively.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Nordic language fluently.
  • Ability to understand goals, identify opportunities, and provide customized solutions.
  • Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with knowledge of the App developer ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the App marketing and ecosystem.
Good to have:
  • 5 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.

Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow their business using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the App install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work dynamically with both new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive App discovery and engagement.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing Apps clients. Understand their business goals and unique challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio. Prioritize accounts, address concerns, and measure campaign results effectively.
  • Consult with executives to help them achieve their domestic and global marketing objectives using Google's App advertising tools.
  • Deliver exceptional client service. Create tailored App marketing strategies that ensure long-term client success.
