Who we are

Attentive is at a critical inflection point, evolving from a single-product, single-geo company into a multi-product, multi-geo organization. Your role as GTM Strategy Lead in our revenue organization will be instrumental in making this transformation a success. Without effective execution of these changes, we will not be able to achieve the sustained growth necessary for our long-term goals. As one of the first hires in this team, you will provide strategic leadership, leveraging your experience to quickly impact the business and guide decision-making. You will operate with autonomy and move swiftly, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Why Attentive needs you

Own and lead the development and execution of multi-product or international GTM strategies that are critical to Attentive's next phase of growth.
Drive key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and revenue strategies to enable successful outcomes.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and step in to make or influence critical business decisions, working closely with senior leadership to push initiatives forward.
Regularly report on program effectiveness to senior management, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans to optimize performance.
Build a robust short- and long-term roadmap for strategic programs, ensuring we prioritize the highest-impact projects that drive growth.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor within the Revenue/GTM organization, leading without direct authority but with strong influence over key stakeholders.
Demonstrate executive presence in meetings with leadership, providing well-structured recommendations and insights that drive high-impact decisions.

About you

7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or program management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, ambiguous projects with the ability to define objectives and make quick, informed decisions.
A strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in synthesizing data to drive decision-making and inform long-term business strategy.
Proven executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence senior leadership and executive teams effectively.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-evolving environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, gaining buy-in and moving key initiatives forward.
Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency in driving strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering impactful recommendations and guiding decision-making at the highest levels.
