• 支持培训准备及后续工作，包括预约培训室、签到表、设置培训室及设备、修改培训报名表、收集及翻译反馈等。
• 协助培训录制或编辑工作，培训期间拍摄培训照片。
• 协助维护Virtuos.net培训事宜，包括上传培训资料、视频、更新数据、制作证书图标等。
• 协助翻译简报中的季度培训文章。
• 负责培训文件归档及部分扫描复印工作。
• 协助公司每月的内部活动并提供行政支持，包括生日会、年会、郊游、电影等。
• 协助每月表彰活动拍摄照片及张贴和奖品发放
• 为HR相关问题提供其他临时支持工作

• 大学本科或研究生在读
• 熟悉Word/Excel/PPT等Office办公软件
• 良好的英文阅读和写作能力
• 每周至少出勤2-3天，持续实习3个月
