Key Responsibilities:


Lead Organizational Development initiatives to drive company growth and improve workplace culture.

Develop and implement Employee Engagement strategies to boost morale and retention.

Act as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR solutions with business objectives.

Oversee Employee Operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR policy implementation.

Mentor and guide HR team members, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

6-8 years of relevant HR experience in the IT sector.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
