CodeNinja is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and drive all HR functions, including Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Operations. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant experience in the IT sector, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of HR practices to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
