Job Description

Tesla seeks an HR Operations Payroll Specialist in London to join its growing HR team. This role involves timely payroll data collation and transmission to external vendors, managing employee payroll records, processing payments, coordinating with stakeholders, generating payroll/HR reports, and improving processes. Responsibilities include liaising with internal and external parties, maintaining work instructions and FAQs, and ensuring timely and accurate payments across the UK, Ireland, Turkey, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate possesses HR/payroll experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. International payroll experience and familiarity with HRIS/E-Ticketing systems are advantageous.

HR/Payroll experience
Excellent organizational & detail-oriented skills

What You’ll Do

Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors
Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records
Process advance, termination and other out-of-cycle payments
Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required)
Run, develop and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Manage relationships with wider HR-teams to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements
Responsible for maintaining current work instructions and FAQs to support employees to self-serve

What You’ll Bring

Experience in HR and/or Payroll input preparation
Experience in international payroll is a plus
Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus
Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment against deadlines
Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
English language skills; both written and spoken
