ABOUT THE POSITION

The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects related to organization’s human resource function. This role plays a crucial role in talent management and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key responsibilities for him / her will include: 

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures 
• Oversee talent attraction and development processes 
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees 
• Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts 
• Administering employee benefits and compensation programs 
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations 
• Collaborate with Regional/Global HR to ensure all HR strategies are deployed smoothly to studio level
• Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters 
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role 
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives 
• Good understanding on Corporate Culture and act properly to ensure stakeholders are coordinated with highest alignment
• Experience in talent acquisition and employee development 
• Proficient in HR software and systems 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
