Job Description & Summary:

• · Good understanding of Capital Regulations pertaining to Basel 3.1.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science or any related field. Master’s in the relevant field will be an advantage.
• Ability to write multi-application test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases with expected outcome.
• Experience in executing and supporting all test phases, knowledge of SQL, defect tracking and issue closures.
• Experience with waterfall & agile methodologies.
• Strong experience in a business facing test-lead and/or project management role. Experience in automated regression testing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with prior experience in running war-rooms or test-focused working groups.
• Familiarity with SDLC and strong insights on various testing phases, methodology and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform holistic functional testing, including regression testing on the overall operating model of Capital Infrastructure and defining test strategies.
• Consolidate test cases across the capital calculations, including any adjustments, reconciliation, exception management, reporting, etc. relevant to the project.
• Collaborate with other internal Impact Assessment and Risk Management Teams to understand the expected results and align the strategy and testing to the impacts assessed on account of Basel 3.1.
• Create test data and models to test the Basel 3.1 functionalities. This could include some amount of automated testing as well.
• Automate testing to improve the productivity and reduce time window for regression. Bring best practices and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and own the detailed test plans to ensure the integrity of overall project schedule.
• Review test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage & Change Management.
