Description -

What a Inside Sales Print Program lead does at HP:

  • Determines operational objectives by studying business data; gathering information; and evaluating Inside Sales Print opportunities

  • Understand and analyze data as per customer or channel partner RAD Segmentation and able to identify business opportunities to improve pan HP portfolio and business focuses

  • Run program and programs to focus on business opportunities

  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports with recommendation actions.

  • Define program structure and bridge with internal stakeholders on gaps that required for the program, Main stakeholders- Categories, bid desk, operation

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience developing positive relationships and solving problems

  • Skills include negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project management skills

  • Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel

  • Basic understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives.

  • Understanding of a specific set of HP's products, software, and services.
