As an Instructional Designer / Digital Adoption Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving user adoption and engagement with our app. You'll be responsible for creating and managing interactive in-app content using our digital adoption app and also create onboarding and training material (Slides, PDF, Video format) for our internal teams as well as external customers.
Responsibilities -
Customize, configure and test in-app content, such as Walkthroughs, SmartTips, ShoutOuts, Launchers, and Surveys.
Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Product, etc.) to gather requirements and design the relevant learning/ instructional content.
Develop training materials and user guides to facilitate the adoption of new features among new and experienced end-users.
Generate reports and analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize content to improve overall user experience for our customers.
Update instructional content according to updates in the UI i.e., editing, adding, or removing information as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital adoption trends and technologies and proactively recommend enhancements and improvements.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues pertaining to in-app contentCreate onboarding and training material (Slides, PDF, Video format) for our internal teams as well as external customers
Qualifications -
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
Prior experience in using WalkMe, Appcues, Whatfix or similar digital adoption platforms, including building flows, designing layouts, and configuring rules and triggers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independently
Knowledge of UI/UX components and elements, layouts etc.
Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage
