Job Description

As a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant, your main responsibilities will include assisting in managing and developing partners, setting tasks for outsourcing and assigning them to teams, writing instructions, sending communications to partners and collecting feedback, managing news channel projects, working on partner requests (frequent questions, onboarding assistance), and assisting in all CRM chats. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in negotiations, working with contractors and partners, and proficiency in Spanish, English, and Russian.
Must have:
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (B2+)
  • Proficiency in Russian (C1+)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in negotiating and working with partners
  • Experience with Google Workspace
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Public-speaking skills (content creation on camera).

We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager/Assistant.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Assistance in managing and developing partners;
  • Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions;
  • Sending out communications to partners and collecting feedback;
  • Managing project of news channels;
  • Working on partners' requests (frequent questions, assistance with onboarding);
  • Assistance in all CRM chats

We expect from you:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B2+;
  • Proficiency in Russian - C1+
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims;
  • Experience in working with Google Workspace.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
